- Users: Anyone visiting the Platform.
- Registered Users: Users who create an account to access advanced features and content.
- Clients: Registered Users who purchase or subscribe to any of the paid services or programs.
3. User Registration
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
4. Content on the Platform
- Platform Content: Includes all articles, videos, webinars, and instructional materials created by Daily Yoga with Jagan.
- User Generated Content: Any content submitted by Users including comments or testimonials.
- Third-Party Links: May be present on the site. We do not control or endorse the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including designs, logos, images, and text on the Platform, are the exclusive property of Healthyday. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.
Users may not:
- Modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the content for commercial purposes.
- Use the Platform or its content in violation of applicable law.
- Copy our logo or branding without express written permission.
6. Termination
- Users may request account deletion by writing to contact@healthyday.co.in.

7. Indemnification

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Hyderabad, Telangana as the seat of arbitration.

10. Miscellaneous
- These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
- If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.
